Borrowing a Slurpee Cup
Hi! Cool page. I'm making a link from mine...hope you don't mind. :) But we had the most bizarre experience in 7-11 today and I thought maybe since you seem to be the slurpee guru or something that you'd know if this is normal or not. Okay a while a go we were REALLY bored and starting shooting pictures of our slurpees and decided to do a day in the life of a slurpee which I know is mental but hey why not. So anyway our slurpee needed a boyfriend so when we went to 7-11 on a slurpee run today we remembered to get a boyriend slurpee cup. You see being girls we don't need to get the 1.3 litre slurpees but that's what the boyfriend had to be so we just wanted the cup. I figured they might make me pay 25 cents or something for the cup which is fine but he said if I wanted the cup I had to pay the slurpee price. Apparently it's for inventory reasons of some sort. Why he couldn't just write down somewhere that he let someone have an empty cup is beyond me but whatever. I decided my slurpee could stay single for a while. But as I started to put it back he said that I could borrow the cup (he asked what I needed it for so I hesitantly just said we needed to take a picture of it) and bring it back in acouple days. So right now I have a slurpee cup on loan from 7-11. He has no idea who I am although I guess I'm there quite a bit. I don't know if he recognizes me or not. I mean does he seriously think I'm going to bring it back? If he was joking he did an incredibly good job of lying. We think we'll bring it back in a few days just to see what they do. Obviously they already think we've got some kind of imbalance for wanting to take pictures of it in the forst place but...I'd really like to know what they're planning to do with it if I do bring it back. Makes you think though. How many people have had this slurpee cup before me?
